Hornitos Paloma

Tequila and grapefruit marry perfectly in this spectacular paloma

Aside from the classic margarita, we can’t get enough of the bright, citrus-filled Paloma. This tipple is perfect for Cinco de Mayo or any cause for celebration!

Ingredients

  • 2 Parts tequilla, preferably Hornitos® Plata Tequila
  • 2 Parts grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 Part fresh lime juice
  • Tonic water

Directions

Combine all ingredients except tonic in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with tonic water.

INGREDIENTS

– 1/4 to 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice, or you can use this organic lime juice

DIRECTIONS

First, take your Collins Glass and begin by wetting the rim with a lime wedge, then roll it in a small dish of salt. Next fill your glass with ice and add your tequila and fresh squeezed lime juice (I like this hand juicer). Finally, top with Q Grapefruit Soda or your grapefruit juice mixed with Fever-Tree Soda Water (equal parts). Garnish with a lime, a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary and ENJOY!
