RECIPE PREPARATION Blackberry with cream cheese and blackberries:

In a thick-bottomed pot, put the butter, chopped chocolate and ground sugar. Put the pot on low heat and let the ingredients melt. When the mixture is homogeneous, turn off the heat. After it has cooled, add the yolks, one at a time and mix well. Separately, mix the flour with the cocoa. Add them over the chocolate cream, stirring gently.

Mix the egg whites well with a pinch of salt, until they turn into a glossy meringue. Incorporate the egg whites into the chocolate composition with movements from bottom to top. Put the whole composition in a tray lined with baking paper. I used a silicone tray that I greased with butter.

For the cream cheese, mix the cheese with the egg, flour and sugar until it becomes a homogeneous cream. Add the vanilla at the end. Put a tablespoon of cream cheese over the top of the tray, from place to place. With the help of a sharp-tipped knife, lightly marble the composition.

Wash the blackberries and squeeze them well with water. Put them over the cream cheese from place to place.

Put the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees C. Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes, until it passes the toothpick test. Take the cake out of the oven and leave it to cool in the pan. After about 2 hours, you can slice it.
