We clean the vegetables and cut them into cubes. We clean half of the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, we cut the rest into rounds.
Put the vegetables (without the round mushrooms) in a little oil and cook them for a few minutes, then add water and the round mushrooms, rice, salt, pepper, vegeta, cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and leave them on the fire until the vegetables soften well, add the pre-cooked borscht, add more flavor if necessary and 3 minutes before turning off the heat, add the noodles. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with parsley and larch and cover with a lid for a few minutes. Serve with sour cream.
