We prepare the countertop:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat them with a pinch of salt until they double in volume, then add the sugar in the rain, the yolks one by one, the oil, the milk, the flour, the baking powder, the cocoa, the rum essence.

Pour the resulting composition in a rectangular tray (stove tray), lined with baking paper and put in the preheated oven for ~ 15 minutes on low heat.

We do the test with the toothpick and leave it to cool.

We prepare yogurt cream:

Mix the yogurt with the fruit yogurt and sugar, mix a little until smooth.

Separately beat the liquid cream with the vanilla sugar.

The gelatin is prepared according to the instructions on the package. (it is hydrated in cold water, I always hydrate it in less water than it says on the package, it is left for 10 minutes until it swells and then it melts in the baine-marine, CAREFUL!!! SHOULD NOT BOIL !!!! Otherwise the gelatin is destroyed).

Mix the yogurt with whipped cream and gelatin and mix until the composition is homogeneous.

If the cream is thin, let it cool for 10 minutes, if it is already hardened, put it directly on the counter (it may remain liquid, depending on what whipped cream you use and how well it is beaten, so you should not be afraid if does not harden immediately).

Put 1/2 of the cream on the counter (which you syrup if you want, I left it like that and it was only good) then put the blueberries in place and the rest of the cream, level with a knife with a thick blade .

Put the icing on top (put all the ingredients in a kettle and put it on the fire until the chocolate melts, it shouldn't boil either !!!!).

Optionally sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Simple and quick yogurt pie recipe. A fluffy, vanilla and flavored pie, with commercial or homemade pie sheets. A cheap recipe and very easy to prepare, which cannot fail.

Yogurt pie is such a simple, quick and cheap recipe so that in 15 minutes it is already in the oven. The cream that is formed is very fine because it contains fatty yogurt, eggs and starch. It looks like vanilla cream. The texture of this yogurt pie is great: crispy and reddish sheets and light as a flake filling!

I recommend you to use yogurt as fat as possible (with 10% fat, Greek yogurt type) because the weak one coagulates in the form of lumps and leaves a lot of whey.

Pie sheets are the thin ones for strudel (no puff pastry!). They can be made at home, as I did at baclava recipe.

The quantities below correspond to a tray of 20 & # 21530 cm. Before we start working we can already start the oven at 170 ° C (average stage for gas).


Cake / Cake with yogurt and whipped cream

I always make this cake when I'm in a time crunch, because it's easy to make. The recipe is for the cake with yogurt and whipped cream slightly modified.

We need :
For the cream:

  • 2 yogurts of 200 g (I used yogurt with green walnut jam)
  • 400 ml fresh
  • 10 gr gelatin
  • 1 sachet of whipping cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa tip
  • 1 knife tip baking powder

For the top, mix the egg whites with hard foam, then gradually add the sugar and mix well until it melts. Gradually add the yolks and mix well after each one. We also add flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Use a wooden palette and mix lightly over your head so that the composition retains its volume. Bake for 15 minutes on a suitable heat (170g C).

Let the countertop cool and then take it out on a plate.

The cream is prepared as follows. Mix the yogurt with 2 tablespoons of sugar and let the sugar melt for a few minutes. Meanwhile, heat a little water, separately dissolve the gelatin in cold water and then mix it with hot water without boiling it. Pour the mixture into the yogurt and then mix with the whipped cream together with the hardener.

Make a syrup from 150ml of water and 4 tablespoons of sugar and add a little rum essence (a teaspoon). Syrup the top and then put the cream on top.

With a knife draw the slices of cake and then keep cold for at least an hour.

Servim. It is a refreshing cake and not very sweet :).
