Chocolate custard with ginger

For those who have more refined tastes, I recommend this delicious recipe, I made it from the book my daughter sent me.

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 l milk
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g dark chocolate (I had it with milk and I had to put more because it doesn't color at all)
  • candied ginger, according to everyone's taste
  • pastry dough

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate flan with ginger:

Beat eggs well in a bowl with a pinch of salt, sugar and flour. Add the milk in which I melted the chocolate, mix well then add the finely chopped ginger (I put 4 cubes). Leave on low heat for a few minutes then turn over in the tray lined with dough and bake on low heat for 40 minutes.

Remove from the pan only after it has cooled well, cut into slices, powder with sugar and serve.

Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and make sure you get a sticky sauce.

Grate the Parmesan cheese and put it on the baking sheet, put it in the oven so that it is neither too gathered nor too scattered, so that it is placed to form lace discs, put it in the oven for 2/3 minutes, leave it to cool.

Separately blend the almond flakes with the raw pistachio, put it in the pan with 2 lg of powdered sugar and caramelize it, place it on a baking sheet and spread it on a thin sheet and cut discs. Mount the garnish on the bottom of the plate, then put a crispy disk and a parmesan chip. On which the mousse is placed, alternate in 3 layers and garnish with crispy almond parmesan chips and finely chopped pistachios and chopped chocolate. Good appetite!

The chocolate and ginger cake is a delicious cocoa cake that can be prepared in just one hour. Melt the margarine together with the chocolate, and leave it to cool a bit.
