To start, put a pot of water and a pinch of salt on the fire, then let's start preparing the vegetables, cut the potatoes into cubes.
Cut the carrot and parsnip into sticks, chop the onion finely and cut the green beans into slices.
Wash and chop the spinach if it is green, if you use frozen you can add it as it is.
Put all the vegetables in the pot and cook over low heat, season with salt.
When the potatoes and vegetables have boiled, add the tomatoes (finely chopped if they are whole).
Then add the borscht and the larch and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
I served it with homemade bread with potatoes and a hot pepper, a delight.
