Peas with baked mashed potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them in salted water and vegetables. When they are ready, mix them with hot milk and butter and season if necessary.

We clean the onion and cut it into small pieces. We clean the carrot and cut it into cubes. We cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces.

In a saucepan put a little oil, onion, carrot and meat and leave a little until the meat is white. Fill with a little water, season to taste and let it boil for a few minutes, then add the peas, add more water if necessary, to cover everything. and leave it on the fire until the meat and peas soften well. At the end we put the flour mixed with the broth and when we stop the fire, we put the dill. The composition should not have much juice.

Put the mashed potatoes in a clay pot and the peas on top. Put them in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Serve hot.
